Same. Ordered a wireless charger as an add on and not heard a peep. Had my phone almost a fortnight now...

Did you place the order for the Samsung wireless charger when you ordered your phone two weeks ago?

It was ordered on the 9th I believe. I went into the ee shop today but they
were unable to help.
