Add on Pack

I use a pay as you go phone and I have an EE account. I am about to travel to Europe and I will use texting quite regularly so I thought I would buy a text add on pack to cover me for 30 days. There was no option to allow me to purchase it and I have tried 150 but that was a waste of time as it wanted me to follow an automated route which still did not allow me to purchase an add on using my fairly large credit. I simply want to speak to a person to sort this as I am not technically very savvy

@garyfield : Until Jan. 2022 you may use your existing UK text allowance in the EU anyway.

 

To buy an EU text add-on text ADD TEXT to 150 & choose 1.
