About my ported number

So I order a new phone from ee with new xontract and I ported my number from o2 but surprise I'm still on o2 after2 weeks, I  registered the PAC code and everything like it should, what happened

There is no access to individual customer accounts on this public forum, so you will need to call EE C/S on 150 to check this.

 

If your original number is still active on O2 now, it's quite likely the PAC hasn't been actioned for whatever reason and it may need resubmitting by a C/S agent. PAC are valid for 30days, so your original code should still be acceptable.

If I'm still on o2 how should I call 105 🤣

Your original post suggested that your EE phone was active but on the "temporary" number and that you've given EE your PAC.

 

You can contact EE C/S on 150 from an EE phone, or 0800 0798586 free from any UK phone.
