Hi,

I have about 6months left on my contract and my phone is pretty messed up it’s very expensive to repair so I was going to buy another one phone (12pro max) and put my SIM card in the new phone. Is there any issues with doing that?

thanks Mike

@Bigleafe   There will be no issues at all.  Enjoy the new device.

Hi @Bigleafe

As your device is 6 months into your contract, that will be no problem at all. You could also think about contacting EE about what has happened and maybe trade in your old device so that you can get another device and new contract started.

If you would like to do it so that you don't have to upgrade, then there will be no problem in putting the SIM card that you're using into a new phone, as long as that phone can connect to EE and isn't locked to another network. Something you can check before buying the device.

All the best.
