Hi all,

 

i have had trouble with my 4GEE WIFI MINI recently. Firstly it stopped working and the wifi couldnt be found so this was sent off to EE and found there was a fault with it so it had a software update, ive just had it back and wifi works fine but now im having trouble with the network connection its a constant red light and wont connect to internet at all.

Hi,

 

No my iphone device works fine.

 

No didnt get any new sim card. Could this be the issue with the WIFI MINI having a software update? i will need a new sim card for it?

Is the SIM still in the device?

 

Do you have data available? you can check this by logging in to your My EE.
