4g stoppoed working

The 4g has stopped working on my mobile, I have tried restarting, turning airplane mode on and off, yet when my WiFi connection is lost the 4g does not kick in even though I have 40gig of data left...

Have you checked your phone's network settings under network? Have you made sure mobile data is active?
