I've had no internet connection now for 4 weeks on 4Gee mini WiFi made numerous calls logged numerous complaints it's just stopped working won't connect any of my devices anymore and EE technical team can't solve it

Is it possible to try the 4GEE SIM in an unlocked mobile to debug whether it makes a cellular network connection or has this, or similar, already been tried?

we got same problem, sim card has service and works well when putting it to a mobile phone, but my 4G wifi mini doesn't work. it's been 2 weeks, still waiting EE to fix it.

Assuming the device has no important settings and doesn't function anyway, would it be worthwhile making a note of the current settings and then attempting a factory reset?
