4GEE WiFi mini dongle lights

I have just bought the 4GEE WiFi Mini,

I have charged this and it shows I am connected to the WiFi; however the lights do not stay on the little dongle - is this right? When I press the power button on the back they come on for about five seconds then go off.

That's right. It's to preserve battery but it is still live.
