4GEE Home Router 100gb £35 1 month

A while ago I noticed on the EE website that the 4GEE Home Router broadband was available with the option of 100gb at £35 on a pay monthly or 30 day basis. However, a couple of days ago I looked on your website and the only plan I can now see for 1 month is 500gb at £55 a month. So, frustratingly, I just assumed that the option of 100gb at £35 a month was no more. However, when I click on Terms and conditions, followed by "4GEE Home plans" and scroll down to "Currently Available 3 December 2020" and select this option, and scroll down the bottom of the page to "Plan price guide", under the 30 day option it still shows 100gb £35 for 30 days. And again on the "4GEE Home plans" it specifically states: "if there is any difference between the pricing shown in these price guides and the pricing shown elsewhere (for example on our website, in advertising or in our stores) the pricing in these guides will take precedence."  So this being the case why is the 30 day plan for 100gb at £35 not showing on your website as this is showing as the plan currently available?  After all it states it is supposed to take precedence. I was looking to try this on a 30 day basis as am currently with the 3 network on 4G Home broadband which is absolute rubbish as it constantly buffers and I have to switch down to 3G so am trying to move away from them so would appreciate clarification as I don't want to be paying £150 upfront as well as £55 for just 30 days. Thank you in advance.

Hi @Scorpious1974

Thanks for the link, I can see the plan you were talking about now. If you're still interested in that plan, I'd recommend speaking to our Sales team to see if it's available through them, rather than the website.

Hi @Scorpious1974

Welcome to the community.

I can see that plan on the online shop for the 4GEE Home Router 2

Chris

Not the 30 day plan tho', @Christopher_G  but, as OP says, it's still listed in the 4GEE Home Price Plans.

Ah yes, of course, thanks @XRaySpeX

Could either of you send me a link to the terms please? I'll take a look and find out what's happened to the plan.

I've looked on the 4GEE WiFi plan price guide, but can't find the '4GEE Home Plans' terms that you mentioned, @Scorpious1974.

@Scorpious1974 ,you don't need to be spending £150 plus £35 or more on a 30 day Mobile Broadband Plan just to evaluate whether the EE Network is going to suit your needs, you can use any EE SIM whether it be Data, Phone, Pre Paid Data or even PAYG (PAYG with some slight limitations) with a Data Pack into an Unlocked 4G Router and they should give you a good idea what to expect.

Is your Three Router Locked or Unlocked, some were from Three some were not Locked, this is the first route I would be going down if I was you.

@EssexBoyEE, Thank you for your reply. To be honest I don't know whether my router is locked or unlocked but as you say it will be a lot cheaper to go down this route in the first instance so I will look into this and find out. Thank you for your excellent suggestion. All the best.

@XRaySpeX , I see you've found the link I was referring to. Thank you for this. I have also hit the "Thumbs up" button for you! Cheers.
