24th of December, no switch... Ordered 19th of November.

Please someone help me, I've rang EE 3 or 4 times over the last 35 days and even gone into 2 stores 1 of which claimed they couldn't do anything in-store to help the other just advised I would receive the switch within 15 to 25 days. I received my phone the next day.

Basically I ordered an Oppo Find X2 lite with the free Nintendo switch and 100gb of data for 43gb month on the 19tg of November as part of my upgrade offer, received my phone the next day, but no sign of my Nintendo switch.

 

I've been told repeatedly that my Nintendo switch wil arrive between 15 and 25 days, and also that failing that it would definitely arrive before Christmas 😃 but sadly I'm sat here with a very upset son and no Nintendo switch to play Christmas day!

 

One of the main reasons for getting the phone and choosing to stay with EE was not only got the fantastic phone but the Nintendo switch offer.

 

I'm just lost at what I should do next it who to contact as when I've rang EE they've fobbed me off with the usual "it will arrive before Christmas" I even asked for a tracking number buy they said it's not there and the switch hasn't even been processed or sent anywhere yet.

@LaurenLiz15  Sorry you haven’t got this yet but it’s down to stock and if EE don’t have stock they can not send it to you and that’s why you don’t have a tracking number yet.    EE will be waiting on more so they can send them out.  The popularity of this offer has wiped out what stock EE did have.
