Trying to reset password and always get to the point where apple contacts by text but never get a text or phone call to say when account is ready to recover.

Welcome to the community. 

If you're trying to reset your Apple password and still no further forward, I'd suggest getting in contact with Apple directly 👉 Contact – Official Apple Support. I'm confident they'll be able to help. 

If you need proof of purchase for any equipment supplied by EE, then please call our team, and they'll be able to organise this for you.

I need to reset my password for my apple account.  I have tried but it says my account has been locked and I get an email for account recovery and it says i will receive a text or phone when my account is ready to be recovered but never get one.  I have tried numerous times
