non-original seals on new iPhone

new iPhone 17 Pro received

should be brand new, and might be inside the box, but haven't opened yet as the seals are not original Apple, and they aren't the "QC" seals I've seen in some other images, just a security sealed tape. It's got this top and bottom so it's definitely been opened already

any EE admins/moderators want to let me know the best plan of action please

called 150, but I dont have the password for the account so they could give me limited info, but they didn't think it should have come out to me without original seals, so Im now waiting for the password so I can call back again
