@Iain041211 Put a spend cap of £0 on his line from the account. On the EE app click manage and scroll down to spend cap. Answer the question of I’m not going abroad and then change the spend cap. But please remember if your son should happen to text SPEND CAP to 150 from his device he can change that zero limit. you need to keep check of this setting via the app should he text SPEND CAP so you can change it back. But he’ll of probably already incurred a charge before you notice the change.
You could try speaking with customer support (select option 2) not option 1 at the start then select the closest option to the issue ie Billing. and ask them to block changeable numbers from his number.
While EE will try and help you they are not responsible should he change anything as EE don’t sell contracts to under 18s.
