Can i add my nhs perk after purchasing my phone? 

it wouldn’t let me add the discount when i purchased as it said not applicable (i have no other discounts active)

Welcome to the community.

The Perk discount can't be added to plans that are already discounted, and would need to follow these eligibility rules:

Only available to new and upgrading customers taking a Flex Pay plan or a SIM only with a minimum term of 12 months or more. You cannot upgrade from a handset plan to a SIM plan to get this discount. Discount only applied if you use the code provided and you sign up via ee.co.uk. - Perk discount information.

If you think the discount should have been added, I recommend speaking with our customer support team. They'll be able to check it for you and will do their best to help.
