hello

I have just installed a new sim card into my mobile but threw away the old without activating this new one. 

How can I get in touch with EE bear in mind I have no signal at all (as new sim is not activated yet)

@HelenAndyLab  If you’ve just put in the new sim don’t you have the ability to get the old sim ? 

If you require to speak with customer support you can call this number from any phone.  
0800 9566000

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
