new iphone 14 set up

HI
I lost my iphone 11 pro so have now a new iphone 14 whilst setting up it says connect with old phone which I dont have
it did not come with a new sim card
so how do i set it up?

If you go through the setup and sign in with your apple id, if you have things backed up to iCloud it should restore many items.
If not, did you use iTunes to back the old one up?

Did you call CS to report the loss? They will block it & send you a replacement SIM with the same no. which you can use in your new phone.
