Hi, im currently having signal issues with the iphone 13 pro max since the IOS update to 15.5, i have been in touch with EE several times about this and still no solution, and i am still facing the issue. I have even been in touch with EE to troubleshoot but still no change i have had this issue since the update. I just want it fixed and sorted as soon as. My brother is on the same network and he has the iphone 13 pro but he doesnt have any signal issues which is frustrating me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What issues do you have?
Does this happen on all areas?
Have you tried your SIM in another phone to see if the same happens?

I am only getting one bar signal, this has only happened since the iOS update, I was experiencing some disruption on calls, I’m having trouble receiving texts. It seems to happen wherever I go, I have tried my sim in another device and their is no issue at all.
I don’t understand.

The best advice I can give is to continue with the troubleshooting with our technical support team. They will ask you to try a few things to try and get to the bottom of what is causing the problem.
