Hi
paid £419 today for an early upgrade which I completed using the online chat option.
The email gives no info other than the device details and a link for tracking. However, an order number is required to track my order and my email doesn’t contain an order number. The only number included is my account number.
so how do I track it?

@Phil080466 you’ll receive a tracking number once a device has been allocated to you. You don’t get the straight the way.
