@Superman41 The wrong passcode to open the device has been entered wrong to many times. There is no way around this and there should be a timer on the screen saying when you can try again. If you don’t know the passcode then you could factory reset it and login back in with the same iCloud account will gain you access. If you don’t know that iCloud account then you can not access the device as it’ll be iCloud account locked.
