Yep exactly the same as mine. DPD said a problem in your area. Whatever the hell that means. It’s basically not been sorted corrected at the main hub and sent to my local DPD yard. Says now will be delivered Monday. 

Hope it’s not been stolen. DPD use slot of contractors/ agency drivers and they all know what these packages look like. I’m sure a lot magically go missing.

I'm gonna try see if there's any available for collection for apple tomorrow (Unlikely I know) otherwise I'll just either wait for ee or wait for my apple order on 30th November.... but they're taking the pee now with the lack of communication, especially when you have agents telling you it'll be on launch day, then the next one telling you 28 days+

I cancelled my order when January became the new delivery date.

Went go two EE stores today to try my luck, one said they had 3 preorders delivered and that was is no surplus stock.

The second basically laughed and said you've got no chance until Jan

Hopefully you find some stock in apple!

I’ve just spoken to another agent on chat. Completely different story from yesterday, now back to more than 28 days from delivery in a few days.

 Has anyone who got an XKO confirmation on the 16th followed by the 06 one later actually received their phone?

I can imagine how frustrating this must be, I sincerely apologise on behalf of the previous guide and the misinformation shared to you.

You say this but I’ve just read on a review from Australia where a guys screen was faulty so he went to an Apple Store and got an exchange. As easy as that. Who decides the allocation around the world?? Or have EE over promised? How could Apple not deliver ANY as contracted to??
