Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch and the new special edition Apple fold phone, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.95000 views thank you for your support and love.

It had that on my dpd vip too but I very much doubt it’ll get sent tomorrow as it launches on Friday

That’ll just be an automated system. EE will not release the phone until Thursday afternoon. You’ll have to get in touch with DPD for a refund

Managed to pre-order the 18 Pro Max 512gb Black at 1:02 on Saturday.

Emailed an xko... number immediately. Website tracking has been temperamental to say the least, usually takes 2 attempts before it works with the xko number and my upgrade phone number.

Been seeing everyone's replies with their DPD confirmations, but I'm yet to receive mine, although I'm not worried yet as with pre-orders in the last few years, they always end up sending me mine on Thursday, with delivery on Friday launch day.

Just tried checking order status, and it wasn't working for me at all now, even with multiple attempts. Just called EE, and they confirmed my order is still on track, hopefully for Friday launch day, nothing to worry about, especially with me completing checkout by 1:02.

I'll wait till Thursday for my DPD confirmation before I start panicking lol.

Just got my DPD notification! Gone onto the DPD app which confirms it’s EE, they’re expecting my parcel so I think it’s safe to soon, the phone will be coming on Friday. 

I pre-ordered the iPhone 18 Pro Max 256Gb in Burgundy. I ordered on Saturday and got my order confirmation email at 13:10.

Yeah the tracker is having a mare tonight, errors everywhere. And what's with the tracker in the confirmation email? Did anybody get that one to work?

They’ve got to be sorting the Burgundy ones first, literally everyone else who’s had their DPD text is in that colour

My app tells me it's delivering to my maiden name - both my names are on my account, for reasons best known to EE. So now I can add my marriage certificate to the things I will be clutching as I sit on the doorstep on Friday!

Also got my DPD notification! 

I don’t think the tracker works at all. The link in my order confirmation is the same one that yoy get through Googling it and even the one you get redirected to through the EE app. 

The only tracking link that seems to work is: https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-order-tracker

You may need to put your details in twice or more before it shows the tracking details because it coming up with an error message in red. From what I’ve read on this thread, use your email and not your phone number, and if you have an XK0 number instead of an order number starting in 00*, make sure you type “xko” in lowercase, not capitals. 

That tracking link is always a little slow anyway tbh, loads of people have said it would show as “Despatched” even when they’ve received it. Now that you’ve got the DPD notification just track it through them now, not EE.

One year, I was about a week into enjoying my new iPhone when I got a text from EE telling me it was 'great news' that 'my order was on the move and would be with me tomorrow'. Ummmm.
