Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch and the new special edition Apple fold phone, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.95000 views thank you for your support and love.

Went and got one in the Apple Store , DPD hasn’t moved today despite starting to move on Wednesday evening! I’d have been climbing the walls by this stage if I hadn’t managed to get one. I’m in Northern Ireland- anybody else not got a delivery today in end? Is it the weather?

Turns out this might be true. Currently on a flight but got a lovely email back from exec complaints after I spoke with them earlier today, and they said it'll be dispatched shortly. I also now see an upcoming EE Delivery on my DPD app.

No movement so I assume it'll go out later today hopefully but some progress nonetheless.

I've had a text regarding my trade in pack being sent out? Is that just generic if you're upgrading? or has a phone finally been allocated  😂

The only thing that rings true I was told is

‘this was an online order so is not immediately processed as checks need to be completed for flex agreement hence post that the order was placed after 3 PM hence the delivery updates are not reflecting at this moment’

I got an email order confirmation at 13:07 but told all flex pay online orders were not completed due to extra checks until around the 3 pm time (mine was 15:04) and therefore no online orders will be in the first batch unless paid for fully upfront as they sold out 13:55.

I got bored of the absolute s*** housery EE were provided and chanced my arm at Apple Store Brent Cross at lunch time… currently sending this from an iPhone Duo Star White 512gb they had 🤣 cancelled my EE upgrade and will be going sim only with another carrier. I’ll buy direct from here on out. Well done EE… another customer lost!

Expectations for EE or for Apple?

Surely EE would know how many were allocated to them, and know not to tell people they would receive it on launch day when there weren't enough units?
