So out of interest I contacted EE regarding receiving the wrong colour phone and as expected I can get a replacement, I asked if they could do a good will gesture if I kept the phone to save them the hassle, and they offered £5 credit 😂😂😂😂😂😂

So after disappointment in previous years I decided to let the dust settle before ordering this year.  

called yesterday and ordered a phone and watch.   Told a wait for the phone which I expected and that the watch would be here today.   It’s showing on the DPD app, however I have not been sent a pin and can’t see one on the DPD app.   

is one needed for a watch?   The contact number on the order for the watch is showing as my phone so I’m assuming it would have came to that.
