I had that this year except while the agent was insisting it had changed and the driver would be able to resend the code to the new/correct number - he only had the option to send it to the watch number and it had to be taken away... to hopefully be delivered tomorrow

I had a couple of  instances the same where ee send delivery pins to the number for the watch, which they know is for billing only. Very strange. They need to set pins to be sent to emails by default in those cases.

I think it’s luck of the draw getting CSOs who’re fully briefed on  the iPhone process this time of year. 

My email from EE said I needed a PIN but the DPD app didn’t have one. Having had one every year I called EE who told me DPD were the only ones who could change the number to send the PIN and that he couldn’t see delivery details at all. 

Turns out this year I didn’t need a PIN.

How many device aggrement text messages are you supposed to get? 

I received my IPhone but had a text today saying my device aggrement is available to view online, but I had the same text last week as well. 

I also had my original IPhone pre order cancelled, so had  re order again, I'm just wondering what's going on.  I normally only receive one text message about device aggrement.

Looks like the discount did not disappear 😁 I know this will only be applied to the £42 plan and not on the phone financing.
