Do they both need PINs?

My delivery is scheduled 13:30 to 14:30 but doesn't say it needs a PIN. 

All it says is the driver cannot leave it in a safe place.

Anyone else having problems with screen protectors on the 18 pro Max? I’ve tried two sorts and I’m getting a bubble down the left-hand side and at the bottom. This is using the tray ones that are usually accurate and I usually have no problems with them

Pre ordered on the 12th at 13:39 and i can track it but it has very little information on it and i haven’t received an expected delivery date yet, i opted for in store pick up. Anyone else like this?  Can i contact anyone to get a delivery date?

I ordered on pre order day for store pick up .

Ive received nothing from EE but I downloaded the dpd app and put all my details in same as the ones used to place the EE order and I have been able to track it on there. Mine was at the store yesterday. 

I picked it up this morning and my EE tracker still says coming soon.

My phone is waiting for me at home and has been since about 10am - unfortunately no release day delivery for me at least goes perfectly and despite warning, checking and trying to prevent - my watch tracking number was sent to my watch number and was unable to be changed in time so it was at my doorstep but couldn’t be left - the fact that I predicted and tried to prevent it since pre order day up until this morning for it to still happen is significantly frustrating and disappointing and the only options they could provide is reassurance that I will get a pin prior to delivery tomorrow or I could find a nearby EE store that had it in stock and get it there

She's hereeeeee!! I skipped to the door and the driver was like 'ah, I know what this is then!'. All set up, just restoring from iCloud now. Another successful pre-order done. Enjoy the phones all.

They do the Apple Watch tracking number thing every other year to me as well. 🤦🏽‍♂️

Last year I was lucky to get through to someone at EE who changed the number on the DPD delivery as the driver was walking up the path to my house.

By the time he got tonthe door the driver was able to resend the PIN.
