Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch and the new special edition Apple fold phone, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.95000 views thank you for your support and love.

So I'm still unable to track my order through neither the link provided here or the one EE provided in the order confirmation email. 

I am however able to track my order via the help chatbot which says this: 

"Dispatch may take longer than usual due to a higher number of orders"

 Anyone else get the same?

How did you access the chatbot? In the EE app clicking help just launches a popup which says call us 😕

I've just seen that sim free phones are delivered within 14 days of the 18th, however you get the exact same phone (for me, blue 256gb PM) on launch day if you went with a contract. Does anyone know why they prioritise contract over sim free? Lady on message service was no help. I was 'politely told to I'd have to wait.

I just tried the chatbot and it told me it couldn't track orders made by phone and I'd have to ring that team.

Pretty poor really.

Had this as the only way I could check from yesterday until this afternoon when the tracker finally went in. Not the one in the email but the one linked in this chat. I think all is going to be fine if the chat bot can pull it. I did live chat and they confirmed it and gave me another tracking number. I think DPD maybe? Or whatever consignment number they are planning for when they hand it over. 

Keep trying with both email and phone number and it will go in eventually. It’s also very intermittent, mine sometimes goes in and sometimes says sorry that didn’t work.

I’ve finally managed to get my order tracking to work, had to use my email address instead of my phone number and it would only work as xko, not XKO as it originally changed it to, not sure if this might help anyone else

Nice to see everyone back here again!

Usually I preorder over the phone, but yesterday I made the mistake of doing it on the EE app.

Everything appeared to have gone through ok - got an XKO order number - order placed by 13:20 on Saturday, iPhone 18 Pro Max 256GB Burgundy.

Woke up this morning to a text from EE telling me there’d been a problem and I needed to call - order hadn’t actually gone through, so ended up placing it again today, so I’ll be at the back of the queue.

The agent did tell me it should still be due for delivery on launch, but we’ll see.

Also preordered the Apple Watch Ultra 4.

I still can't track my order either, the xko order number doesn't work

How do you get it to check the order? It only gives me a link to order tracking page which doesn't work.

The tracking does work as long as the XKO number is written with lower case xko…. so don’t copy and paste this number into the tracking which appears to generally paste it in with upper case. I would suggest using your email as mine wouldnt work using the phone number. Hope this helps
