I'm interested in knowing whether or not EE revamped their online orders. My last upgrade two years ago was my first online order. Literally managed to order it just as soon at the website went online the second preorders began. I was so obsessed at getting the order out fast, that I even did several practice-runs beforehand. Come to find out... getting the order confirmation after placing it online didn't actually order anything. Some back office employees push the online orders through manually afterwards, and apparently, the back office didn't process mine until the next day, so it was as though I had ordered it the day after presale started. Needless to say, that was the first time I didn't get my order on launch day, and I was massively **bleep**ed! That is why this year, I decided to order directly from Apple. That experience scarred me. But as I said, this was two years ago, here's hoping they have sorted that crap out!
