Been upgrading since the 8, I think, and I've also only ever once not had launch day - it came on the Saturday because that was what was put down for some reason!

I also got an XKO number on a confirmation email, never ordered online on launch day before so fingers crossed its all good

I can see my tracking already! looked via the orders page and it says that it is between confirmed and awaiting dispatch. Hopefully this is a good sign and helps others too!

Ordered over the phone as Website upgrade was asking me for £100 fee.
Agent waived the fee and everything was smooth sailing and done within 30 minutes I'd say. 

Went for the Pro in Black this year. My 17 Pro has been great and I love the size over the Pro Max personally.

My only complaint was I was charged £9.98 for DPD delivery 😬

I did my order at 1pm for Pro Max 256gb in burgundy which I then got a confirmation email for with an Xko number. 10 minutes later I got a text cancelling my order! Rang customer services who had no idea why it’d been cancelled, put the order through again and was told that he thought I’d get it on launch date. I know have a 006 tracking number which is saying invalid number.

i had been debating waiting for the duo to launch but fomo won. My main concern with the duo is that it’s the first time Apple have done a folding version of the iPhone and I’m concerned there’ll be teething problems with it so I’m thinking of waiting a few months to see how it goes.

How long does it usually take for order tracking to appear? I have my email with my XKO order number, but when I attempt to track it, it says ‘Sorry that didn’t work’. I dare say I’m just being impatient but EE’s systems notoriously haven’t been very reliable for me in the past with app orders

0061 order number, email received 13:50. Guide took quite a while, but did waive my £100 early upgrade fee and applied my usual 30% F&F discount, which actually brought my monthly payments down from last years 17 Pro Max 256GB in Orange 😂

Is anyone else having issues with tracking their order? I'm putting my order number in the tracker (006) and it says the order number isnt valid.
