Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.65000 views thank you for your support and love.

I’ve had the exact same experience, it’s concerning as they’ve literally given no confirmation and left us completely in the dark. I’ve spoken to multiple CS and no one can explain to me why my order has no tracking, confirmation etc when other orders before/after ours do. I’m guessing it’s just a waiting game until Thursday and seeing if DPD really do pull through because EE have proven useless this time around 🥲

I have an xko number which I can track but the tracking page is completely broken stating it’s already been dispatched and no further, got a 02 order number from ee live chat which leads to nothing but then ee guide just keeps saying to wait on DPD which I’ll wait for now I guess

Oh well I suppose I’m not missing out on much by the sounds of it, got the DPD app ready so just hoping I get that notification/text sooner rather than later, someone has posted their DPD message so I believe they’re going to start dispatch V Soon!

I got the XKO order without the order confirmation, then when i called up i was put through to the digital team who “build my order up on the system” which is when i then got the proper confirmation email, i think they said the XKO number by itself is when the ordered processing and not necessarily confirmed

If people stopped ordering online every year and just called in to pre order then they wouldn’t have this XKO issue seen every single year.

I was torn between the Pro max and the Air.

Ended up going for the Air in blue, but most definitely will be getting decent case for it with how insanely thin it is!
