It looks like he’s ordered it out of contract because that tracking page is for the EE store, not upgrades or contracts.

Hi
I’ve spoke to CS and they confirmed my pre order, I asked them for the 00 number as my XKO number doesn’t let me track it. They just told me I’ll get a text from DPD once it’s dispatched. But I can see other people have the online order tracking on the EE website. Is it because I’m a new customer or do you think I should be concerned?
ordered 12/09
rang up and spoke and they amended deal to 24 months, sent over docs for me to sign which I competed whilst on phone.
No further correspondence just told to wait for the DPD text but I wanna be able to see some sort of confirmation of order like everyone else haha
Xko Just says “oops timed out”
any ideas?

What does it mean, I wrote to one of the EE guides in live chat and she sent me a confirmaion text stating "your order has been successfuly processed for the new line. It is expected to be shipped on the launch date". So should I be expecting the device by this weekend or the start of next week(as the Guide told me).

Order placed at around 13.20 but got the email confirmation at 13.45. Taking everything with a pinch of salt though until I hear something from DPD!

Unfortunately sometimes it’s luck of the draw if you get a helpful agent or not. Could try going back into live chat & just asking for your order number as you have lost the email?
XKO number nearly always have issues with tracking

Yep ordered from the store, was so confused at first when everyone started talking about xko numbers and 00 numbers because I didn’t have any of that!

I honestly don’t know why some have confirmation and others don’t. I am in the exact same boat, I’ve tried several different advisors now just to get someone to send me some kind of confirmation and all they will give me is an order number that doesn’t track. I’ve been a customer for 10+ years so I don’t think it’s a new customer thing. They just seem a bit backwards in the way they are doing things
