Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.65000 views thank you for your support and love.

That sound quite stressful, I hope you get your order on time after going through so much stress.

I had a read through some of the posts here. I ordered mine on the 12th at between 1 - 2 pm, somehow two orders got submitted there. I had a chat with the support they confirmed one of them's been cancelled.

On the 13th, I had a chat again, they said the other order has been cancelled as well (!) and I need to place a new one, which I said no, with the delivery time showing on the website for something like in a month or so. An hour later, got an email with trackable order number (!!), and currently shows "Order Confirmed", with the next status to be "Your device(s) will be
dispatched in 24 Hrs".

I am now confused, EE support is taking forever to take my chat/phone call, am I finally getting a phone?

Thanks, based on previous years, I think it should be fine. I just thought it might be useful to highlight some potential issues in case anyone else experiences the same.

The only way to know with some degree of certainty is to call CS and ask I think.

Hello! 

I pre-ordered my 19PM pro orange. Have had an email from the customer service team with confirmation and an XKO number. Did through upgrade anytime and in the email says that the packaging for my old phone will be sent shortly and that I'll hear from DPD next. 

 

Just double checking, the XKO number isn't the tracking number? As that didn't work for me.

It seems the XKO and the order number are separate things, and I got them in two separate emails.

As far as I know you get always an order confirmation number and that is traceable along sight with your  ee linked phone number or email address not sure about the xko number.

XKO tends to be the online order number but it should show up on the EE order tracker where it shows what you’ve ordered & confirmed until it moves along the bar. It has been known before to not work on that page itself. I have had previous issues with the XKO number but did manage to get a 00 by asking EE for my order number. If you are concerned you could try that. 

Best thing to do is download the DPD app & hopefully Thursday you’ll get a notification there.

Nothing is showingn up regarding tracking in the app.

Yeah just say you lost your email & want your tracking number. They should sort you
