I ordered the exact same phone on the same date, have you spoke with EE recently? I just got told wait for the DPD text but without any timeframe

I’ve just spoken to an EE GUIDE, I placed my order 17pm 256gb Silver & have been told my order is ready to be dispatched within 24/48 hours.

should be with me within 5/6 working days apparently.

When did you order? I ordered the exact same phone as you 3 weeks ago and all I’ve had along with most others who ordered before me and around the same time as me are automatic updates.

no not received my order yet. ordered on 16/09 at about 6pm for the silver pro max 256 gb. 28 days was on 14/10 but the online tracker still shows awaiting confirmation. 

anyone ordered on the 16th of september and received their phone

Rang today and they said they have orders outstanding from the 12th. Which is bizarre because people who ordered on the 15th have received… 

said to expect a wait, said it’s unlikely will get this week, more likely to be end of next week for me. I ordered on the 18th.

 Apparently EE received an update from Apple on 1st October that devices would be dispatched within 28 days .. hopefully they’re sending a sh*t load of stock
