Hi, I upgraded and ordered the iPhone 17 pro max 258 in silver on 7/10/25. My old phone screen is smashed and totally unusable. I am without a phone until I receive my new iPhone and relied on my phone for everything. I was quoted at the time that my new iPhone should arrive within a week or two. Order update has never changed since day of order and I read on here people are waiting much longer than me. Does anyone have any positive info of receiving their phone soon?

Have you spoke to EE recently about the order? I was told it should be this Friday

So many of us are waiting for the silver. I ordered the exact same phone as you on 25th September. All I’ve got so far are automatic updates. On the EE website if you order one now it says expect delivery within 28 days. When I ordered it was more than 28 days. I’ve never waited this long when I’ve ordered my new phone but we’ll hopefully all get them soon.
