So I just called them for Hollie in the household team to effectively put me on hold while she dreamt up the idea of saying I needed to contact likewise and that she had text their contact details to me to find that she hadn’t. Why do they feel the need to lie when they can’t answer a question or resolve a query, I respect the honesty of ‘we’re not sure what the problem is at this stage’ way more than this.

I had same happen with me, ordered on the 12th at 13:03 and got an XKO number but didnt get confirmation and my 004 order numbrr until saturday 13th at 2pm, when I called up on friday they said my order date on system was showing as sat so that was annoying, as of now i got my airpods last friday but no updates on the phone yet apart from the “your orders on track” email.
