Hi folks. 
First time posting in this thread after keeping an eye on it to see when I might receive my preorder. Ordered on the 12th, confirmation that evening and since then nothing. The online tracker has said dispatched the whole time with no update text anywhere on the page.

When I caved in and called CS just to check it was actually ordered they said it was an open sales order so nothing more to do. Still waiting - Pro Max 512 in orange which I haven’t seen many other people reporting as delivered sadly

Just had my dpd text!!!!! Will try and give as much info as I can. Ordered it n 12th at 6:20pm. Pro max orange 512gb. Early upgrade. Live in the Cotswolds/Worcestershire area. Still no idea when I’ll get it. Hopefully tomorrow but the wait looks to be over! Good luck people

You will probably receive the message soon Gabbo82 ordered at 6:20 same model and received the message at 25min ago. 

I also ordered PM 512gb Cosmic Orange, email confirmation at 8pm and i received my DPD message at 17:41.

I’m not sure how long it’s taking to get it delivered after receiving DPD message with pin.

Mine started 004941. My EE tracker hasn’t updated at all to be fair and I’ve had no info from EE regarding my contract etc but I’ve got a DPD text🤷🏻‍♂️the mystery continues🤣

My misses Silver PM came 2 days after the DPD text. However I'm still waiting for my Cosmic Orange 256GB PM had no updates at all but this one is Sim Free so I wonder if they are prioritising contracts first as my misses is on a contract.

I only ever had a xko number. Just checked the tracker and still no update there. I suppose it is just a case of waiting for the DPD text
