From what im seeing we have two choices, either order a pro max in blue or wait it out for our first choices. People have been ordering the blues on the 19th and have been receiving them already 😧

I preordered a 17 pro max orange 256gb on the 12th and the status just changed to ‘preparing for dispatch’. Maybe that’s an indication they’ve received stock and processing some orange orders ready for delivery Friday. Hopefully people that preordered on the 12th get theirs this week! It seems like the blue ones are available and get dispatched frequently as I know so many people that ordered blue many days after me and already received their handset.

Hi all, 

Just chiming in for information (and to pass the time while I lose my mind waiting for an update!!)

Ordered orange 256gb pro max on 12th Sep. Confirmation received the same day at 4:14pm. On track email on 20th Sep at 11am. 

I spoke to 3 EE guides (2 by phone, 1 live chat) prior to 19th launch date who said I was definitely in the first wave of deliveries and would receive on 19th and just to look out for my DPD confirmation . 

Called on 20th to see what was happening, I was then told I had missed the first wave (obviously) so would be on the 2nd wave but they are at Apple’s mercy as to when the delivery would come into them. They said it could be any time from then up to 21 days and they couldn’t be any more accurate than that. 

Being impatient I went on live chat today and was told my order is showing as ‘in the pipeline’ whatever that means, so it could be any day. 

Frustrating - the wait goes on!

Well apparently they are more comfy than previous versions.
