My iPhone 17 pro Max in deep blue is being delivered today, ordered on the 13th. I ordered the same in silver no sign of that one yet, customer service said should be here by next Friday. Fingers crossed 🥴

Okay guys for those who may doubted the orange (I was in for silver but EE got me to cancel my original order and get a different colour for quick delivery), I gotta say, It looks way better than the pictures, It's not that bright/screaming orange I was thinking, it's more of a copper/coral orange. But again, I think the silver's gonna look better on this Aluminium unibody for my taste (I never regretted going for silver for MacBooks and iPads).

I received my dpd text today for the airpods pro 3 but still no update on my iphone 17 pro in silver. I ordered them both on the same day 15th sept. I was hoping they would both get delivered together but looks like my airpods are coming first.

So DPD are delivering my Pro Max 1TB Cosmic Orange between 5pm and 6pm today (annoying as I'm either first on there run or one of the last as my house is round the corner from the Preston Depot.

Ordered: 12th September 1.42pm and received xko number
Order Confirmation received: 14th September 1.45pm with order number starting 004944
Your order is on track email: 22nd September 11am
DPD expecting parcel text/email with PIN: 23rd September 7.33pm

Hope that helps anyone still waiting for there phone and emails about my timeline not that I think there is any consistency!

This is bloody shambolic from EE - what a mess. No clear comms or updates from anyone.

But buy our broadband or watch while you wait for your phone you ordered over a week ago! 

Next year I'm going straight to Apple and buying outright!

Guess what?? I went to two stores and had the same outcome! They all just looked confused as to why CS are suggesting this. I even called 3 more stores and again had one laugh on the phone and say they’re on preorder. 

EE CS is actually APPALLING at this point. But I guess we just gotta wait it out. * sigh *
