Right, so I’ve had a chat with EE live chat and safe to say I’m receiving the same lines as everyone else. What’s worse is, she told me she’ll open a complaint for me. Which basically got closed a few hours later with no resolution. She then proceeded to tell me to call all nearby EE stores and ask if they had any in stock for collection. Well guess what? I still did the goose chase only to be laughed at by the employers at EE and saying I need to pre-order.. ermm HELLO I DID. I explained that I ordered on 15th and have not received any update regarding my order or any DPD updates, but others have or have received their phones.
She also said my order is at the warehouse, but has not been “picked up yet”, but then says they’re dispatching as soon as they receive stock from the manufacturer, BUT YOU’VE JUST OLD ME ITS AT THE WAREHOUSE???? How have I just caught her lying within 30 seconds???
Guys I’m actually so tempted to cancel my order at this point. So frustrating when all they keep doing is lying and claiming this “first come first serve basis” when clearly that’s not the case!
