So I finally decided to chase today. Ordered a Silver PM 256GB on the phone and had my order confirmed email @ 3:37pm on the 12th. Nothing has changed on tracking apart from the standard ‘Your order is on track’. This was the response I got:

I ordered the same (Cosmic Orange 1TB) just after 13:00 on the 12th. 

I am a business customer so not sure if that makes any difference but I only got an email on Saturday the 20th of September showing order is on track awaiting confirmation and this was the first time I received an actual order number.

 My first few digits of my order are 004939 wondered if yours was higher or lower by any chance as I too haven't seen many Orange 1TB models being delivered.

FINALLY got a text from DPD with my pin - IP17 PM 256GB in Deep Blue - Ordered 12/09/25 at around 8pm. 

I mean its a relief but what a journey! Looks like it should be here tomorrow.... Good luck to anyone still waiting.

EDIT: just so everyone knows - the order tracking page on EE still shows nothing so don't trust it. It looks like DPD is the ultimate updater.

Yeah, me too. For the last two days, only the “blue” team has received their iPhones. The orange and silver ones are still waiting. 🤣
