Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.65000 views thank you for your support and love.

Im almost certain that theyll receive a large batch of the oranges and silvers sometime this week and process most pre orders and the lot that ordered on the launch day or a bit after will wait a little longer for theirs.

EE has has loads of pros in stock available for delivery, even Apple Store direct around the country many pros in different colours are in stock, pro maxes on the other hand nowhere to be seen unless you get a very specific colour or storage config

I’ve not seen anyone with a silver phone get any delivered and that’s what I’m waiting on

Ive finally had a text from DPD to say they are expecting my parcel. I did pre order on the 12th and was on website at 1 still very disappointed I didn’t receive on release day but looking like I’ll have it a week late. 17 PM 256GB in blue incase in is wondering

Just had a live chat with EE

First they couldn’t find my order 

then said nothing exists 

then said it will be with me in 28 days from today

My feeling is that all the different timelines, we’ve been hearing, are based  around the colours and variants;

Blue 17 - Launch day 

Orange, Silver 17s - 10 days 

Blue PM- 14 days 

Orange PM - 21 days 

Silver PM - 28 days 

So I suspect, Apple is sending the batches to EE by colour and  the blues are being dispatched this week, the oranges next week and then us silvers are getting ours the week after 😭

The deliveries started from Sept 19th on first come, first served basis.

The maximum expected dispatch time is 28 days from the date of the order placed.

I do understand that it is a bit longer than normal, but please note that we always give the maximum time to the customers most of the time, it is done much before than that.

Exactly what i have been told earlier today. Word for word, paragraph by paragraph. This is what really bothers me, it’s not the wait but rather the lies and constant bot generic replies from them. One person said they dont have the stock, but another says my order is in the warehouse ready to be picked up. If it’s in the warehouse why would it take 28 days to get dispatched??
