Has anyone with an 02 order number had any movement on their order? This whole process has really taught me to be patient 🤣 I’m just curious atp

I have a 02 order number and I can’t even track it on the online tracking page and I can’t see any sign of my order in my account 🙈😂

When I placed an order through the chat, I received an email with order 004*****. But how many times was I contacted by CS, They told me that the original order number starts from 02. But it’s not trackable when I was trying to check tracking status . But for 004 I can  see tracking information, but it’s useless. It’s just on track

It’s honestly a joke at this point, we’re in this together 🤣 one thing I have noticed is on the EE app, if you go to the help section, and look at the top it should say:

‘we’re preparing your mobile order, keep tabs on it here’ 

Like you said the tracking doesn’t work but it made feel better about my lack of order confirmation 😭

Mines isn’t sim free, or at least it’s not supposed to be as ordered it with a sim plan but the way things are going it wouldn’t surprise me if they have messed it up

Writing this to give hope to everyone rather than cause upset but I got my DPD text with PIN No. at 9:36 this evening. EE Tracker hasn’t updated at all but the DPD app has and they’re expecting my parcel shortly so hopefully delivery tomorrow or Thursday I guess?

Ordered a silver PM 256GB on the phone on the 12th and had my confirmation email at 3:37. I’ve seen lots of messages about 3:30 being a cut off for delivery within certain timeframes so maybe this means for others you might get a text soon🤞
