Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.65000 views thank you for your support and love.

Stock is coming in and selling pretty fast at the Apple stores.

 

In the morning there was stock of the orange 512GB and 1TB in Covent Garden, Regent Street, Battersea, Stratford and Milton Keynes and a few hours later they're all gone.

I would almost be ok with it if they just fessed up and said that their warehouse will do what it does and cant tell the dates of the order... but being repeatedly told "first come first served" even in the face of evidence to the contrary which they dismiss and decline to look into....its just infuriating. Done a bit of rough maths.... buying from Apple and taking a sim only costs me £3 per month more over the contract which isn't a grand difference. I'm going to keep my eye on apple stock and as soon as one shows up I'll go and grab it.

Yeah I noticed Milton Keynes get stocked a lot during yesterday and today. ATM Bristol has stock of the blue pro max

Just spoken to EE on Chat I told them people on the EE community forum have placed their orders after me and received the phone or will be today this is the answer I got 

“Sometimes, due to factors like stock availability or processing times, orders placed later may be dispatched sooner. Thank you for your patience and understanding—we really appreciate it, I hope you understand if not let me know I will raise the complain for you ?”

Doesn't make sense they did say in first message it’s first come first serve 🤣

 

I told them to raise the complaint and have got the delivery fee I paid £6.98 refunded by doing this. So might be worth doing if anyone paid the delivery fee and haven’t got the phone yet

I did the exact same thing - Actually had a manager look at a screenshot posted on another thread of an order placed after mine for the exact same phone, but fulfilled sooner. Got some excuse saying "I cannot access that account so I cannot look into it" which is - of course- nonsense. They can't tell me about that account or give any information but they could investigate? i guess not.

They offered me a £20 bill credit, I declined for the opportunity to escalate this to their "executive complaints team" who actually call you rather than chat. I'll see how that goes.
