Ordered 17 pro max orange 256gb at 9am on the 16th, so almost whole 24h before you and no luck lol. Theyre just randomly picking orders to be sent out at this point 🤣

Yeah they said it’s first come first serve but it’s clearly whatevers in stock or just at random, because there doesn’t seem to be a clear order of how they’re doing it

Its entirely random. I placed an order for IP17 PM 256GB Blue on the 12th and I have seen actual screenshots of three of these phones being sent out to people who's orders were placed days after mine. Not begrudging their good fortune but really wound up by EE constantly saying "first come first served" when its absolutely not true.

Mate a person on here received their 17 pro max in orange last week. Ordered at the same exact time as I did 16th at 9am it’s honestly just a hit or miss situation with them

Seeing quite a few Apple stores in London have stock of the orange pro max in 1TB.

Seems really poorly planned from EE, I was upgrading but I'm pretty close to just cancelling at this point.

Everytime I try to view my order tracking thingy, it says that it has timed out. I understand that many people are waiting for their new iPhones as well; however, there is no statement from EE to let people know when their orders are expected to arrive, or at least an estimated delivery time, which feels slightly stressful. I ordered my phone on Monday, 15th September, and was wondering if anyone had an idea of when it will arrive. Also, if my phone doesn't come in time for the next bill, do I still have to pay for my current phone, or do I pay the new price for my upgrade?

Update mine got delivered an hour ago. 17 PM Blue 512gb. Sadly it's for the Mrs not me lol. Mine is with another provider God knows how long that will take. Spoke to their CS and they're saying anything between 2-3 weeks. They are a sub company of another large network, but I've heard from another sub company (a large supermarket) that they are not supplying their sub companies with the devices and hogging them for their own customers. So that could be a while. Worst case I will cancel from there and drive to an apple store and purchase from them. Can't find an orange though. Only blue in 512 via apple. Or blue in 1tb
