Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.65000 views thank you for your support and love.

No... I've got nothing like this. My order number is also quite different. I ordered an upgrade on my contract though, did you order sim free?

I might be able to shed some light on it though! In one of my many chats with customer services they gave me an order number that started with a 2 and was 9 digits long. When I tried to track it I got nothing so I challenged them on this. Apparently it was an internal order number for the order of the phone itself on their system which is why I didn't have it and why it was different to my main order number. But if thats true I have no idea why they'd text it to you.

Can you use it on the order tracking site? If so what I said is useless. If not, also useless but maybe helpful if you contact customer services?

The problem right now is that EE are coming out with so many stories, excuses, promises and general nonsense that nothing is believable and everything is confusing. Good luck! I hope we all get our phones soon.

Not that xko order number, no.

But I have an email with an order number that's all digits - starting with 00 - and that one tracks.

Mine is an upgrade.

I have that on a separate email too - but no text. I'd bet its their internal order number for whatever reason.

I had a missing pin. 

DPD came while I was still on hold with EE. 

Had the phone in my hand, then had to give it back. 
DPD driver showed me the number the PIN was texted to, it’s not mine, and not any of the numbers on my account - this there of the problem, EE messing up somewhere and texting random people. 

I remain on hold with EE, doubt I’ll get the phone before tomorrow now at best, though I did beg the DPD guy to come back later. 

Thats so frustrating! sorry to hear it 😞 

ordered mine 4pm on 12th and they said it would be delivered 'more than 28 days' after order date . Ridiculous.

Update- have received my DPD time slot, hopefully everyone gets theirs soon and we can stop needing this forum lol!

Hi,

I ordered 2 iphone pro max's in orange (512gb) and (1tb) and i also ordered the watch ultra. The order for my iPhone (1tb) was processed over the phone on 12th September at 1:20pm. The watch was processed at 1:32pm. The 512gb version was processed at 2:20pm (delay because of discussing other phone lines I have with EE. 

The 512gb version (which was for my wife) was delivered on launch day. My phone and watch were not delivered (despite being told on several occasions that they will be delivered as a block package) and ever since then my order has been stuck on confirmed with no updates and absolute clueless comments/advice from the EE staff i have spoken to. 

I have however, received a sms this morning from DPD with a pin number and been advised that they are expecting my package. However, both orders for watch and phone are still showing as order confirmed on EE and no update to the status. 

So I think I will be receiving something but I have no idea if it's the watch or the phone or both. 

Also when I've asked EE was my phone delayed because of my watch or vice versa they have no idea what to say or what is going on. 

I've posted this as I know there's many people in the same boat as me and are looking at timescales of when they ordered from and whatnot. However, I don't think EE has a Scooby about their first come, first serve rubbish. 

As I was verified by the agent on phone at 12:50pm and then spoke to her about random things whilst waiting for the pre-order offers to be released. And the fact that my wife's phone was ordered an hour after mine and we've got that one already. 

Also sorry for the really long message. Just trying to give as much details as possible.
