Well I was given the option of sim/esim - naturally assuming that would be the hardware option, the penny didn't drop until I was in queue to get through to support that wait... did they literally mean esim/sim not the actual hardware. Well yeah, that's obvious now lol.

Unfortunately, some people who pre-ordered on the 12th haven’t received their iPhones yet. I pre-ordered mine on the 14th and was told it would arrive in 28 days, but I was promised it would arrive on the 19th. 😅

It’s crazy because it’s a good 2-300mah difference in battery size

Hi all.

I’ve just come off the phone with EE regarding my Apple AirPods Pro 3 order placed on the 16th. At the time of ordering, I was told delivery would take 2–5 days. However, I’ve now been informed they’re still another 9 days away.

What’s particularly frustrating is that I was also told via Live Chat that they were readily available to order. It seems that depending on who you speak to, you receive a completely different answer — which suggests there’s little clarity or consistency around the actual stock situation.

To add to this, the advisor on the phone even suggested I cancel my AirPods Pro 3 order and instead purchase the standard AirPods 4, which gives me the impression EE may be struggling to meet demand.

So I got in touch with them today & my order wasn’t even confirmed. They then sorted it & its “open sales order” now. I’ve been told 14 days

Yeh considering cancelling my order as dont see the point in pre ordering if still have to wait so long for the phone

Yes, I was checking out the O2 and Vodafone threads on Reddit, and people there were complaining too. However, the problem is with EE. Their customer service lied to me. I was told that they had seen my order and that were already in the warehouse. I was told I would get it tomorrow (Friday 19th September).
