All Iphone 17s are delayed by 2 to 3 weeks, what a mess

I'm in Hampshire. I ordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max Orange 1TB on preorder day in the later afternoon over the phone. 

Never got any email confirmations or texts so had to phone EE today. Got an order number starting with 026.

I phoned up CS earlier today and its just waiting for shipment when they get stock. CS said they are still awaiting stock from Apple for the Pro Max models and its stated on their system to deliver on or from the 26 Sept.

Oh well, here's hoping for a next week delivery now.

Same situation as you except i haven't got no order number and no confirmation what so ever.

Phone them up and ask them for it as if they can see it on their side then there is bound to be a order number associated with it.

Shame as well can't actually track phone orders online either it seems.

First time I've preordered a phone through a network provider before so strange we customers can't get confirmations and simple tracking info online. Hope it all improves next time around.
