Not always, a few years back I upgraded and then phoned up shortly after to ask why new customers were getting significantly better offers for the same deal. They gave me a discount.

I mean realistically it’s cheaper to go through Apple even with discounts from EE. For some reason they charge £100 more than the phone cost. So even if you get a good discount you basically pay it back in phone cost.

I never signed the terms and conditions as the guy said there site has crashed so I would receive them by email within the next few days. They sent me a link to do the terms and conditions but I couldn’t access it with there systems going down

I’ve upgraded to the iPhone 17 pro max 256gb in orange. However something doesn’t feel right, I’ve got the ‘thanks for your order’ email but my contract details on the app haven’t been updated, it still says I am eligible to upgrade. Is it like this for anyone else?

It was an such an tough day to order the iPhone but finally managed to get it through and second of all, make sure to double check if you have got your email confirmation and it’s really gone through as the website was still crashing, and if anyone can make the order tracking sheet again will be a favour for anyone so we can see at what position we are at the Order quee system.

Mine still shows my old details but it does show at top nice upgade
