I’ve had the same . Upgraded had the thanks for upgrading email with the phone and plan info. £100 been taken on my card for upgrade fee. And given the xko number . But when I go on my ee it’s still saying I can upgrade. I rang them up and they said everything is ok with my order .

They didn’t charge me a fee for upgrade. I am tracking it and states the phone has been dispatched. Probably because it’s a pre order that’s why.

Nice. Glad you managed to get it ordered. I would put together the order tracking sheet, but excel my Achilles heel and im on an iPad which hates excel! Lol

Yers it will remain like that until you take delivery of the device and account updates! This is just a pre-order. Your tariffs don’t change until again, you have delivery of the phone!
