Yes, same phone, got my confirmation at 4.50pm on Friday and dpd text today at 12.00, looking like delivery for tomorrow - near Wrexham 🙂

I hope I’m wrong in saying this, but since Sunday I’ve spoken with Customer Services a fair few times — two phone calls and at least five live chats — and each agent has given me different information. From what I’ve gathered, the iPhone 17 Pro Max seems to be the most in-demand model this year. Unless you placed your preorder as soon as they opened, most variations weren’t showing for launch-day delivery on the 19th. Only a few versions were still available.

The iPhone 17 Pro, on the other hand, seemed to have much better availability. Even when I placed a phone order around 7pm on Sunday — more than 48 hours after preorders went live — there were still plenty of options available for the 19th.

So in short, unless you ordered within the first 24–48 hours, the chances of getting an iPhone 17 Pro Max delivered for launch day are slim. That said, I genuinely hope I’m wrong — so good luck to everyone waiting for their orders tomorrow, whatever you’ve gone for!

I ordered the Pro Max 256 in Silver, ordered on the phone and completed around 13:30 on Friday 12th with a 004 order number

Had nothing from DPD at all today about upcoming delivery.

Contacted EE on chat to see if they could see anything.  The first person gave me a scripted robotic 1st come 1st served etc. Then escalated my chat to another EE guide who told me that they received very few of the Pro Max 256 in Silver and said it would likely be a few more days until new inventory arrived but can't say exactly when that might be and just said you will get the notification when its dispatched.

Followed by thanking me for 12 years EE loyalty lol
