When you track with your xko number does it just have ticks for order confirmed and order dispatched? Might be worth messaging CS

Okay so from my experience get in touch with EE & check the number shipping notifications are going too. Because even though it’s paired it has its own number which can’t receive texts but the system has registered it as a phone number & sent notifications to it. It might not have happened but it’s commonly happened in previous years

Is this an xko tracking number or 00 number? And did it update gradually or show like that since the start?

Hi! 

placed my order for the new iPhone 17 pro and paid the upfront payment and received a email confirmation with order reference number and receipt of purchase. Received a text message this morning saying my order has been cancelled with no explanation as to why and no attempt of a refund has been made from what I can see. The order reference number does not appear to be working in the track order function. Very disappointing as this is my first time trying to join EE as a new customer and have already encountered a plethora of problems. 

any tips or suggestions on what to do from here would be appreciated:)

No, Thursday. Someone on another thread on Apple devices posted they were online. So I phoned up and ordered one. Attached the order tracking with the 11th at the bottom. The EE advisor didn’t even know they were available when I called.

Was it an xko number when you originally ordered? I'm confused I was in the same boat as you (but customer since 2022) when I contacted CS I got the cancellation message after contacting them, so I think maybe mine was cancelled by them manually, which would tick me off as some people who ordered after me on Sunday who got an xko number are getting dpd messages today.

Does anyone know why I’ve got a 00 number on the confirmation email but CS is giving me a 02 number as the correct order number? The 00 number takes me to tracking where as the 02 number doesn’t work. Thanks

DPD text received. Doesn’t say if it’s for the watch, or phone or if they’ll be 1 consolidated package. Either way something is coming tomorrow 😃
